Lance Broussard as a full-service Destination Management Company. Lance has collectively been involved in civic
and cultural affairs in the city of New Orleans for over 25 years. They continue to be the creative and coordinating force behind memorable parties and
elegant galas for numerous associations, corporations and local organizations.
The staff at VIP is comprised of experienced professionals with extensive and diverse backgrounds in the hospitality industry. Their specialized talents
encompass the areas of Special Events, Convention Consulting, Marketing, Rooms Management, Transportation, Sales Seminars and Sports
Management, just to name a few. All programs are custom designed to meet and exceed all client needs and expectation. Once a proposal is accepted,
VIP meets will all support services to produce a spectacular event or function for the client. All work is coordinated in concert under VIP's management
to ensure the presentation of a beautifully orchestrated affair. From the first note of the overture to the final note of the coda, our production team is on
hand to oversee every detail. Always mindful of the client's fiscal parameters, VIP's staff calls upon their collective imaginative skills and resources to
produce the event within the prescribed budget and in a timely manner.
